Welcome to the
information page of the Billings Parks,
Recreation and Preservation Foundation!
The Foundation is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public
foundation and all donations are tax
deductible. It is NOT
affiliated with the Billings Parks, Recreation
and Public Lands Department or the City of
Billings, although numerous past projects of the
Foundation have enhanced city park and
recreational facilities. This webpage has
been provided by the Parks & Recreation Dept.
solely as a means to expose people with an
interest in this area to the activities of the Foundation since it doesn't maintain a website
of its own. |

Over the past
nine years the Foundation has provided over
$420,000 to acquire, enhance or restore public
park, recreation and historic preservation
infrastructure. Several examples of the
Foundation's project involvement have been Dehler Park; Billings Depot; Cottonwood Park;
Lake Elmo State Park; City Tennis Courts;
Lockwood Lion's Lair; Moss Mansion Carriage
House; Dog Park and Bikenet Trails. No
donation is too small! |
