This national program is designed for ladies 55
and older to improve strength and health. The
program focuses on strength training which
improves bone
density, reduces falls, increases flexibility
and improves arthritis symptoms. The
session involves a variety of exercises, many of
which involve hand and leg weights. Taught
by Bernie Mason. |
