BALLS AND BANDS
Fall 2010
 
A fun and invigorating full body toning class using stability balls and resistance bands.  Resistance bands are a great way to tighten and tone the body without bulking.  The stability ball challenges the body in many different ways to improve fitness and core strength.  Bring your own medium (to large) size stability ball and resistance band as well as a mat and bottle of water.
