Attention Female Athletes! Do you want to jump
higher, move more quickly, run faster and
prevent injury? This 6 week training program is
specifically designed for you to enhance
athletic performance and decrease ACL injuries.
The Athletic Enhancement and ACL Prevention
program will emphasize improving: agility,
dynamic flexing, jump technique and biomechanics
(including a Dartfish video analysis), vertical
jump using lower body plyometric exercises, core
strength, and proprioception and balance. All
athletes will be pre and post tested using the
NSCA performance index testing. Space is limited
so sign up early to reserve your spot. All
participants will receive a t-shirt and water
bottle.
