This is a great power walking program that is geared
toward the person who wants to lose weight and tone
up. This walk in the park will include cardio walking
as well as interval, station/circuit training, plus
time stretching! Each “station” will work various
muscle groups from the calf and core work to the
chest, deltoids and triceps. (You’ll be done in
time to catch
the fat burning adult water class there at Rose
pool if you are interested. Check it out!)
