Both classes will learn the Korean martial art
style of Tang Soo Do and the escaping arts of
Aikido and Ju-Jitsu. Kids Martial Arts build
self confidence and help develop self-discipline
and coordination while learning good fitness.
Adult Classes get a great exercise program in a
self paced format which improves coordination,
balance, flexibility, while learning practical
self-defense techniques. Students may advance
through belt ranks. Instructors were both
inducted in the International Black Belt Hall of
Fame&are authors of a martial arts training
guide.
