Welcome to Yoga |
|
New to Yoga or just starting out, this class is
for you. It will start with the most basic
principles of Yoga, poses, alignment and
breathing. Throughout the session you will
gradually expand from foundational poses into
expansive variation, increasing muscle tone,
endurance and flexibility. |

Restorative Yoga |
|
This class is designed as a slow & gentle yoga
practice, beginning with breathing exercises and
a brief gentle 20 minute warm up through Sun
Salutations, followed by 3 restorative postures
supported by bolsters, blocks and blankets,
lasting 5 minutes each. We will end with a
10 minute Svasana, or final relaxation to
release stress and renew peace. |

Power Yoga |
|
This class is designed as an invigorating yoga
practice, beginning with a 15 minute warm up to
unite breathing and movement, followed by a 25
minute heat generating series intended to
promote the removal of toxins and increase
endurance. The cool down will consist of
deeper stretching and introductory arm balances,
ending with a well earned final relaxation. |
