Deadlines
Various programs may list activity deadlines for
registration or discounted fees. Generally the
deadline for registration with a discounted fee
is one week prior to the start of the activity,
or session when there are multiple sessions
being offered. Registrations after the deadline
will be charged the full standard fee.
Activity Transfer
Requests to transfer to a different program
activity once registered must be made at least
five business days prior to the scheduled
starting date. Transfers will be done when
possible depending upon enrollment availability.
Non-Resident Policy
For people who do not reside within the Billings
city limits there will be a non-resident fee of
$10/activity charged in addition to the regular
program fee. This fee is non-refundable, except
in the case of a cancelled or filled class which
prohibits participation in a program.
Reduced Fee
Applications
Applications are available for low income
families to apply for reduced fees for specific
recreation programs. Applicants must be
city residents and can receive up to a 75%
discount if qualified. Free children’s pool
passes are also available. Pick up an
application at the PRPL office.
